Ask Tough Questions... Leave With Solutions

SHRM People

In economically uncertain times, one thing is certain. This is the one conference you can’t afford to miss. Take part in the world’s largest HR conference.

The challenges we all face outnumber the solutions most HR professionals have at their fingertips.

So we are bringing the best minds in the business to New Orleans in June to provide advice, answers, best practices and tools you can put to immediate use to help you and your company deal with the issues you confront every day.

Jack Welch
Jack Welch - globally respected business leader and Forbes' CEO of the Century - shares his insight on the relevance and necessity of HR Leadership in these unprecedented times.

Through a compelling dialogue, he will communicate the new mandate for HR professionals, challenging them to take ownership of their business strategies and to reiterate the message that strong HR is absolutely vital to the success of any organization in the new economy.

Read Mr. Welch's Bio

"[If] there was ever a time to underscore the importance of HR, it has arrived. And sadly, if there was ever a time to see how few companies get HR right, it has arrived, too... If their company is in a crisis - or their own career - perhaps they've at last seen the light. HR matters enormously in the good times. It defines you in the bad."

- The WelchWay, BusinessWeek, March 23 & 30, 2009
