Exhibit Information

We are expecting approximately 1,200 attendees, not including exhibitor personnel, and more than 120 exhibiting companies.  Below is all the information that you need to become an exhibitor and necessary information to start planning for the show.

Exhibit Cost: $1,850
Full payment ($1,850) is required for each 8'x10' booth space rented.  All requests for cancellations must be in writing.  Fifty percent of the total booth cost will be refunded for all cancellations received before February 13, 2009.  No requests for refunds will be granted after February 13, 2009. 

Included with each exhibit booth:

  • An 8' tall back drape and a 3' high side rail.
  • 7"x44" one-line ID sign.
  • One complimentary full conference exhibitor registration (access to keynote speaker, concurrent sessions, etc.).
  • Two booth personnel registrations (access to the exhibit hall only).
  • Exclusive exhibit hall hours.
  • Complimentary lunches, receptions and networking opportunities in the exhibit hall.
  • 24-hour exhibit hall perimeter security.
  • Company listing and 50-word description in Exhibit Directory (subject to print deadlines).
  • 50 complimentary Exhibit Hall passes to invite your customers and prospects.

Booth Assignment

Exhibit space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  All contracts for exhibit space will be dated and assigned in the order received.  Booth assignments will not be made unless accompanied by the full payment.

SHRM Staffing Management Conference & Exposition Mailing Lists
Target the conference attendees with a pre- and/or post-show mailing.  Mailing lists of conference attendees will be available exclusively to exhibitors.  Plan your conference promotions with the help of SHRM mailing lists. 

The pre-show mailing list is available approximately six weeks before the conference and the post-show list is available approximately three weeks after the conference.  Mailing lists include attendee mailing addresses only.  All attendees have the option of removing their names from the mailing list.  Order forms for pre- and post-show mailing labels will be available in the exhibitor service kit.  The pre-show mail list is $250, the post-show list is $325, or you can purchase both lists for $525.
