Study Aids
SHRM offers opportunities to strengthen your knowledge base and prepare for PHR/SPHR certification exams through certification preparation tools and various Learning System formats. SHRM also offers peparation courses and the Global Learning System for candidates taking the GPHR exam.
HR Certification Institute requires certified HR professionals to recertify every three years by documenting 60 hours of professional development experience or through recertification by re-examination.
